We accept custom order by request with the following terms:

  • Design references are provided by client.
  • Product will be made according to design references and consultation.
  • We do not provide any sketch or rendering of our design.
  • Final price depends on the design, materials, and difficulties.

Our collections are available for rental. If you want to purchase our collection, please contact us directly.

  • Website
  • Please visit our product page to book directly via website. You can check the photos and additional information regarding the product details.
  • Select the date range starting from the date of shipping until the date the items arrive back at our store.
    Our standard rental period is 5 days (counted from the moment the items are shipped until the items are received back).
  • Branch
  • We have offline branches in Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Pontianak for you to visit and try on our products. Please make an appointment at least 1 (one) day before visiting through this link: https://frey.setmore.com

*Rent is available for Indonesia area only.

Delivery and return shipping fee is not included in our price. Please find below shipping methods available:

  • Same city:
    • Self-pick up.
    • Instant/ same-day (order by client).
  • Inter city:
    • Must always use TIKI ONS + insurance, except in certain remote areas where TIKI ONS is not available, client is allowed to choose TIKI TDS/REG (the fastest service) with prior confirmation to us upon booking.
    • All items shipped using TIKI must always use insurance. For delivery, we charge insurance in the amount of:
      • Flat admin fee: IDR 5k per shipment
      • Wedding Crown & Fan: IDR 10k per item
      • Hairpiece: IDR 5k per item

Please note that client is fully responsible for any damage to the products and packaging (box) during delivery and return.

  • If the product is returned in a poor condition beyond normal wear-and-tear process (e.g. very dirty, hairsprayed, etc.), the client will be charged cleaning fee in the amount of IDR 100k per item.
  • In case of repairable damages, the client will be charged repair cost depending on the condition.
  • In case of non-repairable or irreversible damages or loss, the client will be charged extra in the amount of twice the rental price (exclusive of the rental fee paid).
  • Late fee is as follow:
    • Crown: IDR 150k/day
    • Others: IDR 100k/day
